1. Changsheng 2.2kw  water cooling spindle

We adopt the Changsheng 2.2KW water cooling spindle, which has a better cooling effect and has no noise ,long service life.

2.  3.7kw inverter

Inverter on machine is mainly used to control spindle’s start, stop, and adjust spindle speed.

Delta inverter can guarantee the high working speed and accuracy, and can realize milling with high speed, high rotating precision, good rotating with low noise, it engraves without any ripple but with smooth bottom level and clear outline.

3. RichAUTO A11 DSP System

We adopt the RichAUTO A11 DSP system to control the machine. It is easily to operate.

4. Leadshine driver

Driver on cnc advertising router is mainly used to divert the stepper motor , that is to say, It is further optimized the smallest control of the stepper motor by the subdivision of the driver.

5. Taiwan Hiwin 20mm square rail guide

We adopt the world famous rail and guide manufacturer Taiwan Hiwin square rails ,self-lubricating sliding block.This ensures equal force in all directions and accuracy and strength of the machine. Compare to the round rail , the square rails have much higher precision,less wear and tear gives them the ablity to maintain high accuracy. Square rails apply to high-speed move and greatly reduce the drive horsepower the machine required. What’s more ,they can bear the load from left and right/up and down at the same time.
