DESIGN CONCEPT

The design concept of ND6050 CNC machine based on granite body,guide rail and ball screw. The whole machine control by servo and muti-process metal processing through programming completely.

The whole machine comply EU certification,working area is 600*500 mm.

1. Full Cover for Safety & Non-pollution

(IP 56 for machine all inner covers.) The full cover will avoid crumbs flying out during processing,and ensure operator’s safety.

The front door of machine is larger than the table,to facilitate the placement of metal plates.

There is an opening designed in the front upper part of the door,to facilitate the transportation of plates into the machine using an overhead crane.

2. High Speed Spindle

4km,40,000 rpm spindle,with good stability and high efficiency.

ND CNC machine precision up to 0.005 mm, a sample brass die magnified 40 times as smooth line without burrs as follows

4. Vacuum Table

The machine equipped with vacuum table,which can easy to adsorb plates firmly,ensure not move during processing.

The material of vacuum table is aluminum,the thickness is 25mm,hole diameter is 1.5mm,hole spacing is 20mm,the flatness tolerance is 0.01mm.
